How to align text in LaTeX to the left?

I'm just getting started on those. I wrote the code for the formula, but it is located very inconveniently: low and far from the edge. I used some methods to shift the text, but it shifted just a little bit. And I need a series of formulas from the upper left edge column down
What am I doing wrong?

At Lvovsky, look at sections II.5.5, 6 "Vertical and horizontal spacing around off formulas", as well as IV.4 "Margins, page size, etc."
