If there are not many users, and you have enough memory, recording video is almost reasonable.
If you really want to keep track of work, and not pro * b, you can use CrocoTime. Flexible settings, but in general, once every 5 minutes, the agent collects information from the user's machine and sends it to the server. Everything is read, especially clicks, mouse scrolls and keyboard presses, in this case emulators will not help.
