Software for monitoring the time spent on various tasks

Greetings.
Maybe he saw / knows / has software for monitoring the time spent on performing various tasks (pre-set).
For what - self-control and analysis of "where the time goes." To see what kind of garbage I suffer instead of the right things, and to calculate the time spent on certain tasks / orders.

As I imagine the software:
- when you click from the tray, a window like this is called:

------------------------------------------------------------------
| Список задач | Продолжительность за сегодня
|
| Задача 1 | 1h 33m
| Задача 2 | 10m
| Задача 3 | 3h 50m
-------------------------------------------------------------------

And, for example, when you click on the name of the task, the time countdown starts (and it is somehow highlighted), when you click again, it stops. Or is it on the side of the button ...

And it would be nice to have a report function in a graphical form or in CSV at least ...

ZY . I didn’t find such a thing and, perhaps, there isn’t such a thing, but suddenly ... Maybe there is something similar ...
Maybe there is something for iOS / Android - it would also work ...

I myself use ToDoList for similar purposes (except that you need to click not on the task, but on the icon in the properties of the task)

If you only need to keep a log of the time spent, then a very handy thing www.nulldesign.de/projects/simpletimer-2/ Hangs
in the tray, starts/stops the time count by clicking, keeps a log. You can display the time spent for the period (day / month).
ps The program is completely free.

Hm. I’ll give my 5 kopecks:
here, let’s say, I’m doing a task, I launched a browser, there are a lot of sites on the right issue in it - a quick googling of tabs for 20. In the process, a link arrives on Skype, you automatically open it, then go to the tab with the link and get distracted The article is really interesting and important.
Formally, a browser with some material on the topic is open, but in fact, you are doing garbage.
Unless you work hard on yourself and discipline yourself to turn on the necessary “Entertainment” icon automatically (yeah, so that it also changes statuses in messengers from DND to Free For Chat) every time the context changes from working material to something else.
Well, or as a client on the 0desk - every few minutes - a screenshot (they say a virtual machine or a second monitor costs)
