How to allocate time for coding?

Hello. I’m doing my own small project, I can devote 10-15 hours a day to writing code, but still how to plan the time correctly, is it worth organizing a 10-hour “marathon”, or is it better to sit for an hour, rest, sit, rest?... .

sat for an hour, rested, sat, rested? ....

I started to do a task - I did it - I had a rest - I checked that there is everything you need for another task - the next iteration.
If the task is for > 8 hours - carry out decomposition. This depends on the person. I usually hit on tasks that are more than 4 hours.
If the tasks are small and there are a lot of them - plan so that you would be less distracted by solving each one. That is, you take a pool of tasks for a couple of hours - see that there is everything to solve them - solve it.
Something like this. Read about flow state and all that. Coding is worth doing when everything is prepared for this. I think half of the time (if not more) will be spent on preparing data for solving problems.

Select 3 pieces for 3-4 hours, and rest the rest of the time. Sleep, go for a walk, etc.

Do you work, study, feed your family, raise children, play sports, sleep in general?
It all depends on your personal life pastime and goals.
You can code for 24 hours a day, but then when will you have time to eat and sleep, earn a living?? Time distribution for work, study, hobbies is very subjective. But in order to somehow at least give you advice to all the toasters, then describe your life, what and how you live. Then it will be possible to suggest something based on the experience of strangers and on the theory of GTD. And so, subjectively - you need to code as much as your heart desires, the main thing is not to harm your health!

I read somewhere that it is necessary to code in the second way, because the solution of complex problems occurs during the rest, and the rest can be up to several days, and then you sit down and in a couple of hours everything that you come up with is implemented
