Soaps text macbook pro hdmi on El capitan?

Good evening, I googled all the forums, I found information, everything did the same effect, no one, the soapiness of the image, the issue was strictly related to the El Capitan OS version, because on yosemety everything was OK, the monitor was connected via hdmi
