Snap packages not working in Ubuntu 21.10 (Wayland)?

Installed Ubuntu 21.10 from scratch yesterday, found problems with launching snap packages. Vlc does not start, Obsidian starts after about a minute, it doesn’t matter if it’s repeated for a session or not (previously snap initial launch in about 10 seconds, repeated instantly).
I tried to install vlc from the apt-repository, everything is ok, but in the console it says that it was not possible to run under the wayland, change the variable, changing the variable did not remove the message.

As I understand it, there are problems with the wayland interaction with snap packages.
Is there a solution to this problem?

It's difficult with Obsidian - it's not in the apt repository.
It's officially either appimage or snap. There is flatpac but this is the community version.
