Please tell me who knows what SMS gateway for stable sending SMS around the world.
You can send SMS from any number.
The mechanism is needed to send authorization codes, which are sent by Viber, WhatsApp and others.
Russian gateways are mostly suitable only for the CIS.
Now we use smsc.ru, but the prices for some countries are too high.

I would look for at least 3 gateways, one for the CIS, the second for Europe, the third for America.
If you use 1 gateway, we usually get low prices for one of the above regions and an overpayment of 1.5-3 times for the rest
