we have an online store. the task is to reduce communication with customers (users of classmates) in one place (CRM). therefore - you need to somehow pull out personal messages addressed to our managers and forward them to CRM, as well as send the manager's response to our client from CRM. We created an application, requested MESSAGING rights, but we were denied, citing the fact that they do not issue external applications. Actually - the question is - how do we still get this right? What should be the application to get it?

This is a proposal for research, there was no work experience. There is an obvious plus - you don't need to pull anything, if you can organize a permanent connection, everything will fly by itself.
