Hello everyone!

I am looking for an SMS gateway that would provide an API (http) and at the same time make it possible to send free messages to a personal number. I already know one such service (Russian) and sometimes use it (thanks to them), but I really want to know if there are alternatives, for example, abroad.

Does anyone know what company provides this?
