How to debug API vk without HTTPS?

Hello! You need to debug the VK application.
Created as standalone. Uses OAuth (eternal token).

The problem is that VK works over HTTPS, while localhost only has HTTP.
How it is possible to make debugging?

PS: sig will not work for some reason. IDE - RubyMine (JetBrains).
