Set up HTML 5 Notifications API on the corporate website.
How to make sure that notifications are shown not upon the occurrence of some event (clicked on the button, opened the tab), but every 5 minutes (shown if there are overdue tasks).
Notifications to e-mail can be done through Cron, but this is not suitable.
