Smoke coming out of lenovo s6000 motherboard?

AFTER REPLACING THE MICRO USB CONNECTOR, I wanted to turn on the tablet. I pressed the power button, Smoke came out of the SI8JC chip. Now the tablet does not turn on at all. Help what to do???
