Smart filter not working in CNC directory root, how can I fix it?

Good day!
My products are in the root of the catalog and the filter itself too. When selecting properties in the filter, it shows the correct number of products found, but when you click on "Show" or "Reset Filter" it displays a 404 page.
Please help me solve the problem.

The smart filter only works on the catalog partition.
There is a parameter like SHOW_ALL_WO_SECTION or something like that, but this does not work with the CNC.
