How to write a template for meta tags?

Hello. There was a need to register the title and description meta tags on several pages, but since there are a lot of pages, I would like to simplify the process. Tell me how you can make a meta tag template like this

T: h1: prices in the VOKS-Omsk catalog
D: Sale of products for heating and water supply systems in Omsk: h1. Consultations on the selection of equipment 79-51-17.

As I understand it, I need to enter it through the seo tab. But I didn’t understand what exactly to write, although I found in the functions that you can substitute the section name, info block fields, etc. but I can’t figure it out with the h1 substitution. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Shouldn't H1 be a duplicate of the title?
Alternatively, you can use the section name as H1.
In general, on the right there is a symbol "..." in which a list of all available options.

It's not entirely clear what exactly the problem is.
"but I can't figure out the h1 substitution" in your screenshot there is a field for the title, the very bottom, in it and set the required h1
