I have repeatedly read that users are too lazy to put a plus in karma, but they are not too lazy to go to their profile to put a minus.

Today an idea came to mind: when viewing an article, when you hover over the author's nickname, a plate pops up where you can change the author's karma, an approximate view:

There was already a karma increase next to the user's nickname in the post, if my memory serves me right. For some reason they refused.
Well, about laziness to put a plus, this is a human device. If you liked something, then few people will talk about it. If you don't like something, every second person will shout about it. And here it is also concentrated, a country of advice and critics :)

A plus or minus article (the one that goes into the rankings) is placed only on the basis of that article. And plus or minus in karma should be placed on the basis of all the activity of the author on Habré. Before giving the author a minus, I look at his latest articles and comments. Therefore, in the profile, these buttons have the right place.
