Small battery 5V 1.5A?

There is an AXIS M1011-W IP camera. There is a need to power it from the battery. There is a condition that the battery should be small. That is, it is important not how much the camera will work from it (within reason), but how much space it will take.
Can you recommend something? Independent searches led to various Chinese batteries, but it's scary to buy them.

I can recommend 4 pcs. AAA NiMH (the truth will be ~ 1A, I haven’t seen it again) or is it a lot of space? Or 4 pcs. AA NiMH, then there are already 1.5A and higher, but the size is also larger.

Do you need exactly 5 volts or is 3.7 (4.5) enough?
