Slows down and works very slowly Asset Store. How to fix?

Internet speed is good. Everything loads fine in the browser, but you can't download resources through the browser. When I go through Unity, a separate window opens, in which the menu freezes tightly until everything on the page loads. And it loads very slowly. Each page load takes approximately 5 minutes. The resources themselves load fairly quickly.
Of course, before asking on Toaster, I turned to the help of Google.
Methods that did not help me
: 1) Run Unity as administrator
2) Disable "use Direct3D 11" in Edit --> Project Settings --> Player
3) Disable antivirus
4) Disable firewall
5) Reinstall Unity
6) Run from browser
7) Log in to your account in the Asset Store window
It costs a free Unity license of the latest version. Once upon a time, when I downloaded Unity for the first time and activated the Pro trial version, everything worked fine.
I don't even know what to do. The Asset Store is vital, as there are a lot of interesting and useful resources there.

The store is needed only for the first time, pump up in the browser and that's it.
You should not disable PC protection, it is not worth it.
