Slow transfer speed from Synology NAS via SMB?

When copying from Synology NAS via SMB to Windows 10, the transfer speed is about 40mb / s
The entire network is 1Gbps, Cat6 patch cords. When copying via the web or via the media server, it gives out 110mb / s.
What could be the SMB bottleneck?
