Slow down laptop hard drive?

Hello guys!
BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
I bought a 1TB WDC WD10JPVT-22A1YT0 hard drive instead of the existing Fujitsu 250GB on my laptop, as there was not enough space. Well, I host virtual phones and stuff like that, so I need a lot of space.
I reinstalled Windows 7 ultimate (32bit) on a new disk, everything is as it should be (I immediately installed drivers for all devices using driverpack). I transferred all the old things from the old hard drive and put it into a USB3.0 enclosure for external drives. After all the settings, I open the old solution in VS2010 and then I see that it loads slower than it was before. I thought “well, this will probably be fixed” and did not pay attention. Gradually, over time, I began to notice that glitches began to appear in other places where the OS worked. Including when downloading torrents (an inscription appears near the bar status “disc overloaded 100%”), watching movies (the movie opens unrealistically long, rewinds slowly, etc.), etc. I've been suffering for six months now. I think you can help me.
RAM during operation is used on average by 50%, the processor is also not so heavily loaded. So I think it's the hard drive. The hard drive does not heat up much, it is cooler than the old one, although there are joints with cooling (there are no legs on the laptop. By the way, guys, where can I buy these legs, huh? Tell me, please!). But this is purely in my subjective feelings. Objectives are further in the post.
I thought about installing some fresher software for the hard drive from the manufacturer's website, but I did not find anything suitable.
Of the software that can devour a certain percentage of IO, there is nanoav. Only and everything.
The operating system informs that file defragmentation is not needed.

I thought about installing some fresher software for the hard drive from the manufacturer's website, but I did not find anything suitable.

And install fresher drivers on the bridge?
Tried?
(drivers for all devices immediately installed using driverpack)

Not always everything is correct.
Try to download again. and update.
Six months have passed.

@WolFman

The chipset said that the driver does not need to be updated.

You can also manually delete and reinstall.

@WolFman

You can try plugging the screw into another laptop or computer and check the performance. the problem may even be a faulty bridge.
Or maybe even the hard drive. though the results are good.

By the way, either the temperature sensor is broken or the disk is overheated.
Probably not a problem, but still.

What screenshot did you use to figure this out?

Also, in the attached log :)
Well, such a temperature is not too critical.
It's already 65-70 then you have to think.
What temperature is considered normal for a hard drive?

Well, each hard drive is different, 50 degrees is quite normal.

I would recommend remapping bad sectors, MHHD from DOS

How to check if TRIM is enabled
Type the following command and press Enter :
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify
604d70812d392365048535.png
If you get a result of zero (0) after running the Fsutil command with DisableDeleteNotify, it means that TRIM is enabled and no further action is required. However, if after executing the command you see a result of one (1), then this means that TRIM is disabled.
Enable TRIM
fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0
Disable TRIM
fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 1

Disable file content indexing, which will also significantly speed up the disk
