Sleep or hibernation - which is better?

If you often have to leave (no longer than an hour). Or is it neither? (win 8)

It's best not to turn it off at all.

Don't touch anything at all. The maximum is to block the profile, if necessary.

Sleeping mode.
And he himself will fall asleep well :) Why else press the buttons. So you can start working faster when you return.
Hibernation is turning off the computer, with resetting the memory to a hard one, why turn off the computer every hour? Hibernation is relevant if you have a laptop and downtime for half a day, and even the battery is not so hot. Or you have intermittent blackouts and as the UPS battery drains, the computer shuts down to hibernate while keeping windows open.
