I have used GreenVoip, fring and Skype. Skype has biting rates, but this is the only thing that works normally with normal quality. That greenvoip, that fring - either gurgle, then do not connect, then voice delays. Only skype works fine. Are there any other alternatives?

I use pctel.ru - 1 ruble / minute throughout Russia for personal and not very important calls, because sometimes there are sound problems. And a multiphone for calls to megaphone numbers - 0.8 rubles.
It should be noted that often problems with sound arise due to incorrect settings on our part. For example, yesterday people complained about echoes and wheezing, although I heard them well. For a couple of minutes of digging in the settings, it turned out that, for some reason, the microphone gain got out by 100%. I turned it back down and everything was great.
