From scratch - this is a school textbook for the 1st grade.
Before a professional - this is a university, a mathematical faculty.

From zero to pro, these are textbooks from grades 1 to 11 on math, algebra, geometry, then university textbooks on mathematical analysis, linear algebra, function theory, differential equations, etc.
