Sipml5 and asterisk why no sound?

I'm trying to set up sipml5 and asterisk following this guide

I hear nothing. rtp with this you can see what goes and reaches the machine with chrome. There are no errors in the chrome console, nor from astersik. What can be wrong?
CentOS 6.6 is used as OS with asterisk. Asterisk itself is installed from the official asterisk repository.

Actually broken DTLS keys in asterhttps://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-24711
Upgrading to 13.2.0 or 11.16.0 helps.
