Asterisk

Asterisk does not close the connection after the client hangs up, what could be the reason?

Greetings!
Asterisk is behind Nat, ports 5060 and 10000:20000 are forwarded. I connect with soft clients (X-lite), both inside the organization and from the outside world. the session ends normally. If the call goes to a softphone that is also outside, then the session ends normally if the caller hangs up. If the softphone hangs up, the session is not closed.
If necessary, I will show the configs, at the moment there is simply no access.

Look BYE from the client probably not there or does not reach at all.

From the outside world, the softphone connects, most likely, also through NAT, so you have two nats there.
Make sure externip and localnet are set. The point is most likely in them, because. the symptoms show that it is the phone that sends the request to the wrong place.
There is a lot more about NAT in Asterisk here: voxlink.ru/kb/asterisk-configuration/asterisk-nat-...

perhaps the context in which this call is handled does not have a Hangup() for this extension at the end.
