Since the breeze.tv content is pulled up tightly, what to do?

With vk, rutub, youtube, vimeo mail-ru video, video content is delivered quickly, but with a breeze.tv 20 minute sd quality content is delivered ~ 60 minutes
country: Kazakhstan
to megafon moscow and rostelecom ping ~ 50, speed ~ 30 Mbps
you can somehow increase the speed to breeze.tv except for VPN
PS breeze.tv was checked on two different PCs but by one provider
