Is there a camera for Android with video recording and focus adjustment?

I have a Fly IQ4410 phone on MTK6589 (nee Gionee E3). He has a good camera, but problematic autofocus: the fact is that when recording a video, it is constantly reconfigured, which makes the video twitch and smudge. Focus cannot be locked. Switching to the "infinity" mode leads to the fact that the video becomes simply blurry, especially when shooting close objects. As a result, the video does not work at all.
Are there cameras where one could lock the focus and shoot video? The purpose of the video is to shoot incandescent lamps up close (let it be reviews of lamps). I ran through the android market, but did not find a suitable one: the cameras either take only photos, or they do not have focus settings. I watched Camera MX, Ultra HD camera, ICS Camera and a lot of cameras, sharpened for applying effects.
