There is a webcam connected to a PC. From the camera, a video stream goes to the application, which automatically detects the webcam and accordingly receives a video stream from it. The task is to superimpose dynamic data on the video in real time (minimum text in changing coordinates, maximum pictures, drawing graphics) by some scripting language. Language does not play a role. It is not necessary to modify the data to send it to the same device from which it is taken, it is quite acceptable to send it to some fake device on the PC, the main thing is that this device is also listed on the PC as a webcam. What software can be used for this?
