What software for simple convenient video broadcasting?

Good afternoon, please tell me the program for organizing video broadcasting. The platform and the price are important, where it will broadcast, to the network or to the TV, it doesn’t matter either. The following functionality is important, as I imagine it:
There is something like a timeline on which I can throw different resources, video files, streams from the network, IP cameras, screen capturing, audio files. In general, all the most running. I can mix all this during the broadcast, make a picture in picture, swap resources and so on.
This is not needed on an industrial scale, but rather at home. Let's say I have a laptop, a couple of video files, a YouTube browser, a couple of web or p-cameras, Skype, and a couple, apparently, links to streams from the Internet. And I need to output all this, for example, to the projector in a certain order, and be able to change this order at any time. Is there something similar in the world?
