Good day!

Please tell me a simple photo editor for Android. Ideally, Instagram effects behind the eyes.
Instagram itself on my Galaxy Ace S5830i works with big problems. Makes photos half black.
Is there a program similar and not bad?

An interesting program is Camera 360. There are many different effects, there are in the spirit of Instagram, some are even quite good. Namely, editing (crop, rotate, BB) is convenient in Photoshop Express for Android.
