How to avoid a music app ban on Google play?

Good day, dear ones! I am writing an android application for downloading music from Vkontakte. Of course it's much better than a million exactly the same applications (haha), of course I want to make a hundred thousand pizza millions on it (hahaha). In general, it's not about that. I noticed that recently a whole bunch of applications with go-to functionality have disappeared from Google Play, and I heard something like this about tightening the screws on Google's side due to claims from copyright holders. At the same time, a number of other applications of a similar nature are still hanging in the market.
However, I have been writing my application for quite a long time, it is close to completion and I really would not want to lose everything acquired by overwork due to circumstances beyond my control. Hence the questions.
1. How serious are these crackdowns by Google? Do I have any chance at all that my application will be placed in the market? Is there any way to avoid this ban. After all, if some applications for downloading music from Vkontakte are still in the Market, then they somehow managed to avoid a ban.
2. If I place it there, how long can it hang there before being banned? Of course, I understand that "from a minute to a million years" but maybe someone has experience or someone knows cases of how long this application can stay there on average until malicious copywriters and moderators pay attention to it?
3. How serious can these bans be? Let's say my miracle software was banned, will it be banned only for her or the entire developer account in this case? If the account is banned, will I be able to get another or cunning Google "figure me out by IP" and kick me out of the ranks of their developers forever? Do they allow appeals there and give them the opportunity to correct what they did not like? I heard all sorts of horrors that they generally commit atrocities there and can be banned without trial and investigation without even bothering to explain properly. In general, all sorts of horrors. Maybe someone is familiar with this policy not by hearsay?
4. I heard about various other app stores (Yandex store, Amazon store and others). Let's say I didn't get anything in Google Market. Is it worth paying attention to alternative stores? Given that my audience is expected to be generally Russian-speaking. How many downloads can you get from these stores? And is there any way to contact them? Or maybe I won’t be able to place anything in them if I’m banned from the PlayMarket?
5. I also heard about the distribution of programs through the placement of apk on different sites (such as w3bsit3-dns.com), in Vkontakte communities, and so on. Is it promising? How many downloads can you get from there? And most importantly, is there any normal possibility of monetization with such distribution? In the case of the play store, I can earn some money on advertising or by making the application paid. But what about when distributing just apk?
Perhaps my question is not entirely about programming, but still I beg you not to close it, this is a rather important topic for me, and it will probably be useful to others. Thanks in advance!

You can get more downloads from w3bsit3-dns.com than from the market. There is a simple explanation for this: on 4pd (and any other sites), the application is immediately visible to potential users, available in the search and in general, and only popular applications are visible in the market. That is, until the application is downloaded often enough to be new, then no one will see it and will not download it. After some time, it will be possible to find it by name (if you are looking for it), but it will simply not be in the list of applications until there are a large number of installations. Vicious circle. To be popular, you must first be popular. So if you don’t plan to spend at least 50-100 thousand a month on promotion, then don’t count on the market too much, soft portals will be more useful then. But you still need to publish in the market, of course.
Banyat without warning, hard and forever. $25 for a new account will solve the ban problem.
