Simple Local VCS (Windows)

I'm looking for a simple VCS for Windows, so no servers, command lines, etc. Simple visual interface - press a button and the version is saved (or something built-in).
Thank you.

Choose:
or VSS
volume shadow copy version of windows 8 files ;
or some kind of archiver, a la winrar, which, when added to the archive, can save previous versions of files;
or here https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fossil
"All functionality is implemented in one executable file. The file size is about one and a half megabytes.
In addition to the functionality of the version control system, this project also includes the functionality of a bug tracker, the functionality of an editor and a repository of wiki pages for more convenient work with the project.Also, this project implements a simple HTTP server.
...
Fossil also has a web interface that can be flexibly configured by the user. All interface settings are also stored in the repository file.
...
Fossil automatically checks all repositories for integrity and consistency. The reliability of the repository is based on the use of the SQLite3 DBMS as an information store, which is able to ensure the atomicity of executable operations";
or, in extreme cases, you can use the standard "basket" for this.
