Simple cms for nginx, do they exist?

Good time, comrades.
Perhaps someone knows a simple CMS engine oriented to work on nginx + fpm (including routing).
Functionality strongly pumped up is not needed.
Ideal php+mysql or php+sqlite solution.
Google did not give acceptable results, search on github too. I admit that I'm looking somehow not correctly or not in detail.

https://octobercms.com/docs/setup/configuration - as an example, setting up October for popular web servers.
By and large, Apache's most critical difference is the ability to put .htaccess in any folder. But routing, as I said above, eliminates any need for such a possibility.

I admit that I'm looking somehow not correctly or not in detail.

Because almost any normal CMS does not depend on a web server, because it does not use specific things like htaccess, etc.
