Similar to sudo apt-get autoremove on windows?

People, maybe someone knows if there is an analogue of the sudo apt-get autoremove command on windows?

sudo apt-get autoremove
removes undeleted dependencies on already removed packages

Windows has no packages and no dependencies. What is the analogy...

CCleaner? We clean the registry and delete the cache. IMHO it looks like autoremove

No, it can't be even theoretically.
No packages - no dependencies - not clear what is needed - not enough information to implement autoremove
