Start button not active in PyCharm, how to fix?

Python 3.6 , for some reason it only works in MVS on 2.7, in PyCharm the button is not active at all

Press ctrl+ shift+ f10. This command runs the current file.

Have you configured launch configurations? How is the IDE supposed to know where your main is (roughly speaking)?
There is a drop-down list to the left - it seems that there will be a settings item in it.
