There is an absolutely cool editor for Mac - Affinity Designer. There is Sketch. And what are the new analogues for Windows?
Illustrator is not recommended.

Definitely the latest version of Xara.
I've been on it for about 10 years now.
And now she is able to export nomralno to Photoshop.
Pictures are pictures, text is text.
