How to save JPG in Sketch APP without losing quality?

I tried to save the design in PNG and JPG through export, but the quality becomes noticeably worse, the fonts suffer especially badly. Tell me how to save as JPG with the least loss in quality. I know you can, because I've seen presentations by some guys where the JPG looks very clear, especially the fonts, again.
