Please advise tariff plans for Moscow:
1) for a tablet - unlimited Internet with good reception (3g) and an adequate price, calls and SMS are not needed
2) for a car GPS tracker - no monthly fee with inexpensive GPRS

The same megaphone has traffic packages: for 220 rubles you get 1.5 GB of traffic at speeds up to 512 Kbps per month. After reaching the specified amount of traffic, the speed is limited to 64 Kbps (round the clock)

2. We use MTS, Telematics tariff. We spend on average up to 50 rubles a month.
In general, the price depends on the type and settings of the tracker and on the mileage (maybe more data is transmitted in motion). Beeline let me down several times, unexpectedly switching to another operator and then roaming bills came. It may have improved, but we abandoned them.
If there are many trackers, you can negotiate a discount with the operator.
