What program to take for monitoring 3g / 4g signal on a modem for Linux?

In the village, you need to select the position for the 3g modem antenna.
Now I have a laptop with Fedora 31 on board.
Worth Gui to manage the modem and the fedora repository. But in it, on the status tab, signal quality in%

For Android and for windows, I know software that shows which BSs are visible and what their signal level is in dB.

For example,
NETMONITOR
Mobile Data Monitoring Application (MDMA)
WlanExprt UMTS

Is there something similar with GUI for Fedora?
Or console, which will write the signal level to the terminal as Ping?

Upd modem without web muzzle E171
