Question for Odroid-U2 users?

This device was positioned (most recently) as the most powerful computer on Android. I bought, connected, installed Ubuntu first - a step-by-step strategy came out. It loads wildly for a long time, it works wildly slow, there were no MALI drivers, and they would not have saved me from a long load. The problem here is that I'm booting from microSD, not eMMC.
Delivered Android, in which proprietary MALI drivers should be sewn (but how to check?). It loads normally, but the interface lags, it is impossible to watch movies in HD quality - they twitch all the time. I changed a couple of firmwares without visible result. NenaMark gives out 54 fps (which is very good in theory), but during the test, there are strong twitches of the picture.
The resolution in Odroid in both cases was immediately set to 1080 (by replacing the file in boot), otherwise it looks sad on a wide TV.
I boot from microSD, I did not add any external devices other than keyboard and mouse. The power supply is non-original, but 2-ampere. Connected to the TV via HDMI (although how else).
If there are users of this device, tell us how it works for you, and what can be done in my case?
Is it possible to achieve the normal speed of Ubuntu with a microSD?
How to understand if the correct video driver is installed in Android?

The power supply is non-original, but 2-ampere.

Jamming can also be associated with the power supply. Try another one first if available.
