Signs of licensing 1C Enterprise 8.x?

Given: According to the terms of the tender documentation, there should be a transfer to the customer of “instances of a licensed product (physical media with a software product) with the appropriate licenses to the Customer:
1C: Enterprise 8. Server license
1C: Enterprise 8. Client license for X workplaces.”
Question: What is a "license" for 1C: Enterprise 8 - a hardware key, an agreement, a card, everything in totality or something else, the fourth? How and how to unconditionally confirm the licensedness of 1C: Enterprise 8 a) to the customer; b) to his accountant who accepts the software on the balance sheet; c) a policeman who came to check.
How does the license status change if the product has passed through the chain "franchisee" - "intermediary" - "customer"
I earnestly ask people who know to refer to the details of regulations, including - "Information letters 1C"

I will not give evidence, but when I bought myself 1C8 for the company, I asked the same question. The answer was this: a sign of the legality of using the software is your 1c number and the name of your company (must match). The license is a key and a completed response part of the card with the name of your company.
>8 a) to the customer; b) to his accountant who accepts the software on the balance sheet;
You give hasp and a blank card, or if you are a franchisee who has the right to fill out and send, then the completed client part of the card\
u003e c) to the policeman who came to check,
I think you can send him of course, but if you show the completed card or the contract for the purchase of 1C with the franchisee, for heaps can be poke in the hasp muzzle and show a yellow box with waste paper.

From my own experience.
Now, when selling software, in addition to the sales contract, a license agreement is also drawn up.
What adds pieces of paper during registration.
Also, during checks, very often the inspectors ask for documents for the purchase (invoice, check), but I can’t tell you how legal it is.

The contract and invoices are proof of the transaction.
The key is a technical means of protection (not related to persons)
Questionnaire (and the corresponding entry in the registers 1c) - confirmation of the start of licensed use. That is, until you are registered in 1s, you do not have the right to use the purchased one. But there are nuances there, it is better to contact 1C directly or to franchisees, preferably to those from whom they bought.

IMHO, all the tricks of 1C about licensing are mura because there is a civil code and based on it it is enough to draw up documents for the sale / purchase of 1C from one office to another, all claims from 1C in this case will not be valid in court.
There is an experience of such cases, there was a collision by the franchisee and 1C, but after the lawyers talked to them, they went underground :)
Any insinuations other than the current legislation are garbage and are easily challenged in court.
