The answer was this: a sign of the legality of using the software is your 1c number and the name of your company (must match). IMHO, all the tricks of 1C about licensing are mura because there is a civil code and based on it it is enough to draw up documents for the sale / purchase of 1C from one office to another, all claims from 1C in this case will not be valid in court.
There is an experience of such cases, there was a collision by the franchisee and 1C, but after the lawyers talked to them, they went underground :)
Any insinuations other than the current legislation are garbage and are easily challenged in court.
