Signal output to multiple TVs

There is a Dune HD TV-303D set-top box and 8 plasmas at a distance of 15-50 meters. The set-top box accepts an encrypted iptv stream. How can this stream be simultaneously displayed on all these 8 TVs?

I tried hdmi splitter china noname + hdmi extension cable over twisted pair cable kramer, it works extremely unstable + TV often fall off and transmitters burned out a couple of times.

Is the electricity okay? If it is buggy and lit, then most likely the contact is bad somewhere, or something is shorting.

We use Gefen extensions together with the dune , we have no problems with them. Plus, forget about Chinese splitters.
