Shutdown laptop when idle?

Ofk is in energy saving - in sleep mode: NEVER (both from the network and from the battery)
A monitor is connected to the laptop. Its normal screen has been disabled for a long time, but it was cut down with an additional monitor and before it was turned off.
Literally 1 minute of inactivity and it is cut down.
How to fix it? TERRIBLY infuriates when you read.
Ofk when watching a video is not cut down or when the game is on.

You can look (control panel - setting * your consumption pattern *, change additional parameters) in the "sleep" menu. There may be included hibernation instead of sleep, for example.
