Should You Use RODCs in 2019?

Good afternoon. In connection with the relocation of half of the company to an office on the other side of the city, the task arose to either raise a new domain or replicate the old one. Is it worth it to raise the server from the RODC or are there other solutions?

Not enough data. The number of users/computers is unknown. From the point of view of ensuring reliability, it makes sense to raise not RODS, but GC on the second site. Then, when the first half of the company hits the epicenter, you will still have a working directory infrastructure. Producing domains without good reason is impractical.
