Microsoft Azure

Should you host your project on Azure?

The mailing list received a letter from Microsoft, which states that the BizSpark Startup Assistance Program can help with free software, hosting, and so on.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ms-start
All conditions are written directly on the bizspark website (the startup is less than 5 years old, the margin is less than $500k etc.), but I would like to ask the professionals if there are any underwater stones? Will the rights to the startup idea (Int. Property) subsequently pass to Microsoft? Maybe then they will twist their arms? Maybe then there will be some legal issues?
Sorry for the (quite) naive questions, but so far this seems pretty real.

No, they won't. If you exceed the limit, they will demand money. It is better to read their agreement, everything is written there.
We've been using it for over a year.
PS Your idea is not worth anything
