Should you buy laptops with U processors for web dev?

Where I live, the choice is not very large with laptops, ordering is also not an option. The bottom line is that in the price category that I'm looking at about 800-1000 dollars, all laptops with U (low voltage, dual-core) processors. Who's to say about them? Is it possible to work for them?
The main purpose of working with a laptop, IDE (webstorm, vscode, browser). The selection looks like this:

  1. Asus X541UJ 15.6 screen HD (video: NV920MX 2GB, 8GB ram, CPU i3-6006U 2.0GHZ, 256 gb SSD).
  2. Asus VivoBook X541UV 15.6 HD (Core i7-7500U 2.3GHz 2Cor, 1tb HDD, 8 GB DDR3 RAM, video NV920MX 2GB)
  3. Dell (not sure what model, our sites are not very informative) (8GB DDR4 SD RAM, 15" LED HD Touchscreen, Core I5-7200U 2.5 GHz, 2TB HDD, HD Graphics 620)

They all cost a little more than 700 dollars, but those that are closer to 1k also do not differ much and are also U processors.
In general, just who can say what? is it worth worrying that this is not HQ, should I take such?

Worth it, the main thing is to have an SSD and RAM at best 16 GB (8 is not always enough)
