Should Sierra be installed on MacBook Air 12, 128GB, 4GB?

This is the question arose
. Already the other day new iPhones, MacBooks and other apple technology will be released. Along with that, a new macOS Sierra will be released.
Has anyone tested it on Macs like mine?
Is it worth it? Will performance drop?
