Should I use ready-made server solutions for games?

Share your experience. Is it worth it to use ready-made servers for games? Game type - social, multiplayer (dating for example, like Bottles), poker, fool.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of ready-made server solutions? Is it worth getting in touch?
To be honest, I don’t even know the market what kind of semi-large solutions it has. I've only come across this so far: Nakama ( https://heroiclabs.com/ )

Expensive support and unmanaged code...
I wouldn't mess with it and write a simpler one, BUT OWN is great.
