Where in the open source community can you translate text from Russian into English and vice versa?

I have been studying English for a long time and I would like to practice, at the same time, perhaps I would do something useful.
Does anyone know resources, projects where translators are needed? So that there are not large and serious articles, but the localization of the site, a description of the code or api.
