Should I use Open Server to create a test version of the site?

Windows 7 operating system, are there other software with better functionality? Of course, there are a lot of functions in the OS, but I would like to know if there are any other options for solving the problem?

I tried 5-6 different software (for a local web server), but of these currents, these are the best (IMHO):
Using such assemblies is no longer practical, now there is Vagrant try / google ...

OpenServer - use this in win8 for regular sites
and ubuntu in VM for sites queue managers and other server tools
