Should i upgrade from i5 7600K to i7 7700K for Adobe Premiere?

Is it worth it to upgrade the processor for the purposes stated in the title?
I watched the tests - an approximate increase in games is 25%, but there are no reports on the premiere.
If the video is rendered 25% faster, it won't do much to the weather, if it's faster, then it's interesting.
System on SSD NVMe. Memory 64Gb DDR4 2400.

I would say that it's better to change to HEDT or 8700k - at least there are more cores / threads.

It will not be faster if the rest of the config remains unchanged, everything ingenious is simple, speed up everything else, add RAM, SSD to the raid, etc.
Where is the render written, on the SSD ???
